The ‘Pasar Malam’, or night market, is an open-air market that consists of traders setting up covered stalls during the night to sell a wide variety of goods, ranging from fashion to electronics and food to fresh produce. The Pasar Malam takes place in different locations each day, but on Thursdays, visitors in Pantai Tengah can visit the Temoyong Pasar Malam, which is nearby, for a cultural shopping experience.

The Zon Duty-Free Shopping Complex located inside the Underwater World Langkawi provides a wide range of goods at duty-free prices. The complex is housed with the Underwater World, but can be accessed from a public entrance as well.
